T&C for items bought under men & women sale

• No Refund on any purchase


• Exchange to be done within 7 days of receiving the product


• For exchange of products bought on sale, the customer will have to ship the product to our warehouse directly. An additional shipping fee of Rs.250 will be charged for shipping the new product back. Kindly email to us at customercare@heelandbuckleluxury.com for assistance


• We do not accept return, exchange or refund on accessories.

T&C for Other Items

All items must be returned new, unused and with all Heel and Buckle tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

• When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Returns must also include the shoe horn, dust bag and box, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping.


• You can return any item bought at full price for a refund, within 15 days of receiving your original order.


• If you would like to exchange for a different size or colour, please get in touch via email with our customer care team.


•  We’ll refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.


• We do not offer refunds on discounted items. Credit note is issued with a validity of 6 months.


• We do not accept return, exchange or refund on accessories.

• The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!


• All goods will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns! In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.


•  We’re not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.


• Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.


•  Late Returns: Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 15 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of Heel & Buckle London team.

How do I return a product?

In the rare case that you are not satisfied with a product bought on full price in your order, you can raise a return request with us on our customer care mail address- customercare@heelandbuckleluxury.com

Can I return a part of my order?

Yes, you may return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.

How long will the return process take?

We make every effort to simplify the return process.

• Refund will be initiated within 2 to 3 working days after the item is received at our warehouse and quality check is done; takes usually 7 days for it to reflect in your account.


• The mode of refund would be the same as mentioned by you to while placing the return request.

Do you allow exchanges?

Yes! Of Course! We offer a one-time exchange facility on products bought on full price,wherein you can raise a size or colour exchange request for a product (just once) and we will replace it for you.
